The room we had included a fridge, a dining area, and a seating area. That hotel was in a comfortable and tranquil location, in the middle of jackson. Besides, it was so close to the main tourist attractions, shopping malls and Smile hub.

Toilets need immediate attention due to unpleasant odors!!! Pillows should be replaced for a better night's sleep!!! Air conditioning could be improved for more comfort!!!

Had a sweet as stay! The washing machine was a lifesaver, but the mattress was cheap as and needed upgrading. A comfy spot with heaps of amenities.

Absolutely loved the clean, spacious room with big glass windows to take in the mountain views. Free tea and comfy common areas made lounging so easy. Plus, the attentive host was a delight!

The bed squeaked like it was auditioning for a horror movie every time I moved. Oh, and WiFi occasionally played hide and seek!

Smile hub kandy was awesom place. Super clean rooms and bathroom, comfy bed. The kitchen was amazin, had everything i needed to cook my meals. Loved the free laundry and free tea too! Yama, the host, is super friendly and makes you feel at home.

The wi-fi was kinda hit or miss sometimes. It would be nice if the pillows were a bit more comfy.

Amazing mountain views. Unmatched hospitality.

I stayed in the Double Room with Mountain View, and it was awesome! Super comfy bed and the room was super clean. The huge windows gave an amazing view of the mountains. Plus, the hot shower worked great, and they provided shower gel and shampoo. Loved the free laundry too!

Had a lovely stay with a spotless room and enjoyed the convenience of the free laundry facilities! Perfect spot to unwind with a huge rooftop drying area and a cozy communal kitchen to whip up meals. The bed was a bit creaky, but it didn’t ruin the great vibe overall. 😊

the hotel is super clean and cozy, with great staff who made me feel right at home. the view from my room was breathtaking, and I loved having access to the kitchen and washing machine-definitely a plus after weeks of traveling. It's also conveniently located near local shops and popular spots like the Sacred Tooth Temple and the beautiful Kandy Lake. Yamada-san, the owner, was welcoming and always ready to help.

If I had to pick a couple of things to improve, it would be nice to have a more varied breakfast option since it was quite simple. maybe they could provide some more information about nearby attractions and transportation, just to help future guests!
